Privacy Policy

The privacy policy describes how your information is collected, stored and used when you make a purchase from indigooracle.com.

+ Your contact information and birth data will be collected at the time of scheduling and purchasing a service in order to communicate with you about your scheduled appointment and prepare your birth chart analysis. Your information is not stored or retained unless you opt-in to having your chart kept on file.

+ If you opt-in, your birth chart is kept on file to help our practitioner(s) better prepare for any future visits.

+ Your contact and birth information is not shared or sold to a third-party vendor under any circumstance.

Appointment Policies

We understand that life can bring unexpected changes and emergencies that make it necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment. The appointment policy below outlines all the details surrounding appointment booking.

+ Appointments can be made up to 60 days in advance. Available appointments will open for scheduling every other month on the last Sunday of each month for the following 60 days.

+ Rescheduling can be made up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.

+ Cancellation of any birth chart service can be made up to 24 hours in advance.

+ Late arrival of 15 minutes or more will reduce the length of your appointment by the amount of time you were late to accommodate the next scheduled appointment.

Refund Policy

The refund policy outlines the details of receiving a refund for any purchased birth chart service and how to avoid fees when adjusting a scheduled appointment. Exceptions to this policy will be made on a case by case basis.

+ Missed appointments result in a $50 No Show Fee.

+ A late cancellation fee of $50 will be applied if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the originally scheduled appointment time.

+ A late rescheduling fee of $30 will be applied if an appointment is rescheduled less than 12 hours before the originally scheduled appointment time.

+ Discounted and promotional services are ineligible for refund. A credit for future services will be applied to your account.

+ Gifted Services are valid for use up to a year from the date of purchase. An appointment must be scheduled and attended to be considered redeemed. Funds are forfeited and ineligible for refund after 1 year if a gifted service has not been redeemed.

Event Policies

Service Availability

Readings are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be patient if there is a queue, as we aim to give each participant an enriching experience.

Duration

Each reading is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes to accommodate all participants

Payment Terms

All payments for event readings must be made in advance or upon arrival at the booth. No refunds will be issued once payment is received.

The readings provided during this event are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Participants are encouraged to use their judgment and discretion in interpreting the information provided.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will maintain the confidentiality of all personal information shared during the reading.


No data Storage 

We do not store any personal data, including birth data, collected during event readings. All information provided during the reading is used solely for the immediate session and is not retained or recorded

Non-Refundable Payments 

Payments for event readings are non-refundable once the service has been provided. We appreciate your understanding that these services are delivered on-the-spot and cannot be reversed.

Service Disruption

In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide your reading due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either a full refund or a credit for a future service.

Participant Cancellation

As readings are offered on a walk-up basis and no prior appointments are needed, participant cancellations are not applicable. 

Quality Assurance

If you are dissatisfied with the reading, please let us know at the time of the service. We value your feedback and will do our best to address any concerns immediately.

Event Cancellation

In the rare occurrence that the entire event is canceled, all pre-paid participants will receive a full refund.
